Self Reflection
Build an honest baseline picture of your relationship with yourself before any change work begins. We start by noticing, not fixing.

Life Coaching · My own program
by YOURSELF and others
Likability is what happens when you stop performing for approval. Learning to like yourself is the prerequisite to being genuinely liked by others.
Twelve weeks, three phases. It moves deliberately — you spend the first month entirely on your relationship with yourself before we touch anything relational, because the second half does not hold without the first.
Phase One · Weeks 1–4
The foundation. You learn to see yourself clearly, name your patterns, own them without shame, and make peace with what you find. Nothing here is about other people yet — this is the YOURSELF the title capitalizes.
Build an honest baseline picture of your relationship with yourself before any change work begins. We start by noticing, not fixing.
Move from general seeing to specific naming. You identify your recurring approval-seeking loops — and locate the fear underneath them.
Own what you have seen, without judgment or shame. The pivot from observing a pattern to honestly saying: yes, this is mine.
Make peace with what has been seen and admitted. Self-compassion becomes the emotional ground everything after this is built on.
Phase Two · Weeks 5–11
You take the self you have accepted and bring it into contact with other people: expressing it honestly, anchoring it in values, and building the relational skills that make connection possible without self-abandonment.
Begin saying what is true — your desires, opinions and feelings — without pre-editing every sentence for approval.
Anchor your expression in something steadier than mood: your values and your chosen identity. This is what makes likability self-sourced.
Shift from self-focus to genuine presence with others. Being with people without performing — attention itself becomes the connective skill.
Get onto another person’s map and make them feel genuinely understood. The relational heart of being liked by others.
The people-pleaser antidote. Holding your own line is the proof that connection no longer requires abandoning yourself.
Non-neediness. You build tolerance for being disliked, which frees likability to become a byproduct rather than a goal.
Turn ten weeks of practice into durable habits. This is where change stops depending on motivation and starts running on its own.
Phase Three · Week 12
Close the spiral. You return to self-acceptance enriched by the whole journey — same ground, new altitude — with an ongoing practice that carries the work past the program.
Life Coaching
Not every goal needs its own program built around it. I also coach one-on-one on the specific pieces of life that matter to you right now — communication with the partners, friends, and family in your life, your relationship with money and the habits and decisions underneath it, and navigating the professional world, from self-advocacy to burnout to the politics of the office. Wherever the work needs to go, that’s where we go.
Health Coaching
Health Coaching here draws on tools and methods I have built through years of research and coursework in becoming a certified Health and Life Coach — combined with my own lived experience putting them into practice. We work across the areas that actually move the needle: nutrition, movement, mental and physical health, and the daily habits that hold them together.
We work at the pace that fits your goals. Some people need a few sessions to build a habit that sticks; others want ongoing support.
Weekly, scheduled the week before, however works for you — phone, Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, WhatsApp.
You do not need a specific health condition to benefit. This is goal-specific coaching, built around what you want to change.
Credentials
Certified in both Health and Life Coaching — which is why these two sides of the practice are not separate departments here.
Both certifications are part of Health Coach Institute’s accredited Health and Life Coach program, recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for continuing coach education.
