Clarity before change
You cannot shift a pattern you have never named. The first work is seeing yourself clearly, without flinching.
Health & Life Coaching
Most of us spend years performing for approval and calling it connection. Coaching is where that stops — where you get honest about your patterns, make peace with what you find, and start showing up as yourself.
Why coaching
Not advice. Not a lecture. A structured, confidential partnership that turns what you already know into what you actually do.
You cannot shift a pattern you have never named. The first work is seeing yourself clearly, without flinching.
Change fails when it is too big to sustain. We build one small step at a time, matched to the life you actually have.
Someone in your corner between sessions — expecting progress, not perfection, and never trading in guilt.
The goal is not to need a coach forever. Habit-change work wires the practice in so it holds after the program ends.
Health and life are not separate files. Sleep, stress, food, boundaries and self-talk all pull on the same thread.
A confidential space to admit the thing you have been managing alone. Naming it is where the work begins.
Programs
by YOURSELF and others · 12 weeks
My own program. Three phases — learning to see and accept yourself, learning to show up with others, then returning to yourself with everything you have gained. Built for people who are tired of performing.
Relationships · Money · Career
Not every goal needs its own program built around it. One-on-one coaching on the specific pieces of life that matter to you right now — the people around you, your relationship with money, and navigating the professional world.
Nutrition · Movement · Daily Habits
Goal-specific coaching across nutrition, movement, mental and physical health, and the habits that hold them together. No fixed length, one-hour sessions — including a Diabetes Focus.
About
I’m Vinson Sullivan, a certified Health Coach and Life Coach. I spent over 20 years in corporate IT before deciding to put that same discipline toward something with more direct impact — helping people build the kind of self-trust that changes how they move through work, relationships, and their own health.
I built The Art of Being Liked, by YOURSELF and others around a simple premise: you can’t be genuinely liked by others until you’ve stopped negotiating with yourself. My coaching is grounded in structured habit-change methodology — and it’s personal. Living with diabetes taught me firsthand what it actually takes to change a habit that matters, and that experience helped lead me to this work.
I’m also a millennial, so I’ve lived on both sides of the digital divide. I remember life before smartphones and social media, and I watched them take over everything after. That gives me a real feel for people across generations — not just one age group’s version of how the world works.
My approach isn’t guesswork or generic advice. It’s built on proven habit-change principles — knowing how to break a change too big to sustain into a step small enough to actually keep, and how to keep you accountable without judgment when you slip up. That combination is what makes lasting change possible, instead of just motivating for a week.
This is a judgment-free space, but it’s not an aimless free-for-all. You bring the willingness. I bring the structure, the accountability, and the experience — professional and personal — to help you get there. I don’t have it all figured out either, but I’ve walked this specific road enough times to know the turns.
You’re not looking for a fellow traveler figuring it out next to you. You’re looking for someone who can see the path a few steps ahead and walk you through it. That’s what I’m here for.
No pressure and no pricing games — just a conversation about where you are and whether this is a fit.
